I ran across another Mobius player who sent me a direct message saying, basically "hello, nice day we're having". I haven't messed with comms at all and wasn't sure how to send a response. I ended up targetting him but wasn't sure where to go from there.
So what's the quickest way to reply to a message like that? How do you communicate with others in general? And how do you detect when another CMDR is nearby?
